At The Diet Essencia, my goal is to guide you towards a healthier and more fulfilling life through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. Before we begin this journey together, I’d like to gently walk you through a few important points that help set the foundation for a smooth and effective experience for both of us.

1. A Gentle Reminder
Though I am a qualified dietician and clinical nutritionist, please note that the advice I provide is based on health assessments and body analysis, and is meant to support your well-being. It is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a physician. If you are under medical care or taking medications, I recommend keeping your doctor informed about any new changes we incorporate.

2. Time & Effort
Helping you make meaningful changes requires sincere time and effort from both of us. As the saying goes, “Time is money”, and I request you to kindly value the time and expertise being shared. Your payment reflects the knowledge, planning, and commitment that goes into your personalized program—but it does not imply any personal obligation.

3. Mutual Respect & Understanding
A respectful, honest, and patient approach from both sides is the key to achieving the best possible results. I promise to give you my 100% effort and support, and I hope for the same level of commitment from you. Let’s work together with openness and trust, keeping in mind that change is a gradual process.

4. A Lifestyle, Not a Shortcut
The intention of this program is to bring sustainable lifestyle changes—not offer quick fixes. Health concerns like Thyroid, PCOD/S, or Diabetes require time, consistency, and patience. We focus on addressing the root causes, not just temporary relief. Please don’t expect miracles in a week or a month; your body deserves time to heal and adjust.

5. Ask, Learn, Grow
I truly encourage you to ask questions if you’re curious about the logic behind certain recommendations. Each plan is thoughtfully curated, and I’m always happy to explain the reasoning. However, I request that we maintain a space of mutual respect—discussions should be aimed at understanding, not debating.

6. Natural First, Supplements If Needed
My approach is rooted in healing through real food and lifestyle. In some cases, I may recommend dietary supplements if I believe they can support your goals. It’s entirely your choice whether or not to take them, and you’re welcome to consult your physician beforehand if you prefer.

7. Your Progress, Your Responsibility
As much as I’ll guide and support you, what you choose to eat and do is in your hands. I encourage you to stay consistent and accountable, because that’s where the real transformation lies.

8. No Instant Weight Loss Promises
This is not a “lose 5 or 10 kg in 1 month” type of program. Safely, a body can lose around 2–3 kg or inches per month, and even that varies from person to person. What’s important is that the results you see with us are long-term and sustainable, not temporary.

9. Payments & Program Changes
Full payment is to be made at the beginning of the program.
If needed, you may upgrade to a longer program within the first week of starting.
Downgrades are not possible once the plan has started.
10. Transfer Policy
Programs are non-transferable. However, in exceptional cases (like medical emergencies), a transfer may be considered with valid proof.

Transfer fees:

Rs. 700 (to an existing client)
Rs. 2,000 (to a non-client)
11. Breaks & Hold Facility
I do not recommend taking breaks, as lifestyle changes are meant to be part of your daily routine—during vacations, social events, or even hectic schedules.

However, if an unavoidable situation arises:

A maximum break of 3 weeks is allowed for 6-month programs
A maximum break of 6 weeks is allowed for 12-month programs
1-month and 3-month programs are not eligible for breaks
Kindly connect with me in advance if a hold is needed so we can align accordingly.

12. Missed Appointments
If you happen to miss a scheduled appointment, please reach out to reschedule. I’ll always do my best to accommodate you, but keeping a regular check-in helps maintain momentum.

13. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of the services offered, no refunds are applicable once the payment is made. I appreciate your understanding on this matter.
